CBeebies House Party Live
Chapter 8 were asked by the BBC to bring CBeebies’ vision to life with a bespoke stage set, branding, photo opportunities, and immersive décor. We also delivered full technical production including sound, lighting, video, and special effects, alongside project and tour management, creating a vibrant, family-friendly live experience.
MCR Live Hub 
We transformed Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens into the MCR Live Hub for Manchester Live 25. The space featured a central bar showcasing local breweries, street food from top traders, daily live performances from the city’s music scene, and major events including Manchester Pride and the Oasis concerts.
FOREST LIVE - FORESTRY ENGLAND
Chapter 8 worked with The Event Company UK to production manage the Forestry Live summer concerts at Westonbirt Arboretum. Five headline shows took place across one week, with our team overseeing artist coordination, technical delivery, and full production management in a unique woodland setting.
CBeebies Parenting launch at Tate modern
We transformed an empty space at London’s iconic Tate Modern into a vibrant, family-friendly environment for the launch of CBeebies Parenting a new digital platform designed to support parents and caregivers through early childhood.
Working closely with the BBC team, Chapter 8 delivered full event branding and production, including a custom stage set, bold vinyl graphics, branded furniture, bean bags, and rugs. From creative design to on-site project management, we brought the space to life with thoughtful, engaging touches that reflected the warmth and accessibility of the CBeebies brand.
YORKSHIRE/CHESIRE
BALLOON FIESTA
Chapter 8 provided full event management, talent booking, and on-site delivery for the Yorkshire and Cheshire Balloon Fiestas. These family festivals combined hot air balloon displays with live entertainment, attractions, and activities for tens of thousands of visitors.
PEAKY BLINDERS
PREMIERE
We delivered the BBC’s Peaky Blinders series finale premiere in Birmingham, designing and installing a large red carpet build, press walls, and production setup.
With the full cast in attendance and major press coverage, the event set the stage for one of the UK’s most anticipated TV finales.
BOX ON
THE DOCKS
Box on the Docks was a brand new initiative from The Peel Group at MediaCityUK. It brought together local artists, socially-distanced seating and outdoor dining in bespoke ‘boxes’ that allowed the on site restaurants to safely continue trading. We worked closely with Box on the Docks and provided site and operational support throughout the year.
We created a bespoke branded ‘Instagram-able’ flower wall and curated fun weekends of entertainment throughout the year for the people of Manchester to enjoy with friends during a summer like we’d never seen before.
COCOON IN THE
PARK
Cocoon in the Park is a Leeds house and techno festival curated by Sven Väth’s label. Staged at the Temple Newsam estate, Chapter 8 supported delivery with production management and infrastructure for this landmark open-air event.

FESTIVAL
Chapter 8 managed the full delivery of MiNT Festival from planning through to on-site build and execution. Our role covered site design, staging, infrastructure, safety logistics, and overall event coordination, ensuring the festival ran smoothly for thousands of attendees.
AUTUMN
LIGHTS
Chapter 8 have been the event delivery partner for Autumn Lights for over five years. As the UK’s largest touring fireworks and entertainment show, we provide full site management, venue and council liaison, contractor management, talent coordination, and overall event delivery.

BITESIZE
We were asked to design and deliver a simple but effective exhibition stand for the BBC at BETT. Our solution was cost-effective, on budget, and gave the BBC team everything they needed to achieve their objectives at the show.

HOUSE PARTY LIVE
The BBC tasked Chapter 8 with designing a striking, tourable set for CBeebies House Party Live. Our creative design was built and delivered at venues including Glastonbury, Blackpool Tower Ballroom, Alton Towers, Manchester AO Arena, and The Lowry Theatre. Alongside the set design, we provided full technical production support, special effects, on-site setup, and project management.
BBC SPORTS PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR
Chapter 8 have supported BBC Sports Personality of the Year for multiple years, providing press and interview areas including large step-and-repeat walls, red carpet setups, broadcast zones, and branded backdrops. Our work ensures the event looks polished on-site and on camera, delivering a world-class media experience.

BED TIME STORIES
Chapter 8 created the iconic CBeebies Bedtime Stories set, designed to be fully tourable and adaptable to any event or festival. The set has already appeared at Camp Bestival, CarFest, Gloworm, The Science Museum, and Glastonbury, and continues to grow in popularity year on year.
